This is one of the darkest, densest, most opulent Bench Break Pinot Noirs we have ever produced. While young and somewhat undeveloped, the nose is nonetheless intense and exotic. The flavors include cola, earth, sandalwood, cherries and strawberries. Long and balanced, the 2007 Bench Break should continue to grow and evolve over the next decade.
